Location is a 10, just opposite to the train station and direct bus to the airport. Staff in the reception is very helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us to check out, who was very friendly and patiently answered our questions and also recommended us where to visit before we went to the airport. Good business hotel next to Basel SBB. Been there for 4 nights. Room was clean and had all amenities expected from a 4 star hotel. Structure of the building is a bit odd. You need to take two elevators and navigate some interconnected buildings.
