Overall experience was good but what was excellent is the price I paid and the location which is about a block away from the historic center where all the colonial structures are found . From this establishment, if you turn left, you will experience a different Colombian vibe from street art , music, food etc, pretty safe neighborhood…..

The location of the hotel is close to the city's attractions. The room is spacious, nicely decorated and has beautiful park and old town view. The bed is large and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room works very well. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The free WiFi connection is good but with some interruptions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the property is old because is in the middle of the Historic Center. Location is great, walking distance to the majority of the touristic areas. The standard rooms DONT include hot water in the shower, only the supreme rooms or by request. I didn't know that and had to take cold shower :( The manager offered me another room but I didn’t want to pack again just for 1 day.

Staff were very nice and attentive. It was at a great location, near everything. However the hotel was very simple and things were not updated. We had to change room because there was no hot water in the room. The next room water was dripping from the air conditioner and we had to have few towels to cover the water all the time.

Great location, about a 3 minute drive walk into the walled city and a 3 minute walk into Getsemani neighborhood. Lots of food vendors and restaurants and shops nearby. About a 15-20 minute drive to the airport and 10 minute drive to the Playa Azul beach area. The staff were all sooo friendly. Felt safe. The hotel is older and it shows but the beds were clean and the giant flat screen tvs had netflix. The showers have warm water, some of the rooms have a balcony. The area is in a party zone so if youre looking for quiet this is not the area for you. Buffet breakfast was decent with croissants pastries fruit juice coffee eggs sausages and mini pancakes

street next to the hotel so noisy every body hunk and beep all day long and those sellers in that street never shut up nor even a single minute. Definitely you can't rest in that " hotel" i wouldn't never use or recomend that hotel to any one.

Bad hotel overall. The only positive things I can find is being cheaper than the other hotels in the area, nice view from the higher floors and decent wifi. Very old room, very old building, poor customer service, no warm water, noisy. Not the usual standard you get from hotels. Go there if you want to save money, but don't expect a decent experience.

Very basic! To me this is a 2 stars property overall. Staff is very nice, but they are limited by the property resources. The mattress were horrible; we have no fridge but I asked and they brought us one; the toilet seat was broken, I told them and they fixed it; maybe I should have said something about the mattresses; breakfast is very limited, I suggest going early; friendly staff. If I can afford a better hotel I would go to another one. We ran into, mainly, European tourists (France and Italy) and Mexicans. Location is convenient to visit the walled city.

Room was cleaned , good size, but you won’t be able to sleep because of noises from outside also early morning the house keeping. front of the hotel is taxi stands you can hear them talking , yelling starts at 6am till 2am. breakfast is not so good . restaurant have no AC. If you ask any information from front desk , 90 percent of them have no knowledge but all of them were very friendly. also no room service at all . twice I asked for room service , i was told they have only water and beer . over all good price if you don’t mind outside noises . location is good , near restaurants and bars but very crowded area.
