The staff was friendly. I got information where to park my bike. The room had its own shower and a small pentry. It even had a TV-set.

Our family had a great stay. Our room was fine and clean. Reception was friendly and hospitable. When we had car problems they help us more than we cloud expect. Customer service that exceeded expectations. We are thankful for the help and assistance we got from the personel.

This was a fair Hostell and was easy to find and good distance to cinty centre. No ventilation in the room itself, but ventilation in bathroom, so one could have door open and then have some ( but too little ventilation ) Opened the vindow, that did not help much. Fair and nice common area and refridegrator availabe. If needed i would rather stay there than at Ramada hotel in Flensburg.

Havde reserveret værelse med eget bad. Det var sådan set fint til et par nætter. Lidt nedslidt sted, men fint og billigt i forhold til andre hoteller i byen. Toilettet lugtede desværre af urin. God og central beliggenhed. Mange instruktioner pr mail, der dog var ret grundige. Værst var check- in. Vi var heldige at komme i receptionens åbningstid, for vi oplevede gæster, der stod udenfor om aftenen og var helt lost og ikke kunne finde ud af selvbetjeningsmaskinen.

Det er ikke luksus, men stedet er super hyggeligt og ligger perfekt til Flensborg centrum. Lille tekøkken på vores værelse, hvilket var super fedt. Mega nemt at tjekke ind.
