My husband and i travel to Taipei annual basis and stayed a bunch of different hotels over 15 years. I booked this hotel because of my flight departs from the airport near by. Hotel has all you need for a couple of nights layover of my itinerary e.g. free laundry facilities, Japanese/ U.S standard power socket, wifi etc. the shower was good water pressure and hot water. Only a little drawback is mattresses quality was not good.

Hotel staff are simply 100% friendly and do everything they can to make sure we (customers) are well served. A couple of times their on-site washers & dryers broke, they were able to have them repaired ASAP. This particular FX hotel, to me, is at the best location to shop, to eat, to take MRT and to take care of my mom's matters 👍
