I've stayed at this Inn several times while on business in the Kokura area. Very convenient location either by train or car. Clean, quiet, conveniently located in the dining and entertainment area.

We were assigned to the old building which not sure if we were alerted at the time of the booking. With the comparison to the new building, property is definitely worn out a bit. The check in was fast, but the courtesy of the staff, was not as good as other hotels we were staying during this trip.

アップデートが必要な、本館

ホテルドットコムから、割と安い料金で予約出来ました。何度も泊まっているホテルでしたが今回は突っ込み所満載でした！　先ず、本館の11階（最上階)の部屋でしたが、ここは最悪でした。空調の音が気になって夜も朝方も不快でした。施設も古くアップデートが必要です。他のホテルで提供しているペットボトルの水も無いです（この暑いのに）暫く客が入っていなかったのか？清掃も行き届いていませんでした。ここの良いところは、大浴場とサウナ付きと言うだけです。　新館は、良かった覚えがあります。

위치는 깡패. 상태는 별로.

로비에는 사람이 많이 있으며 자동화 장비로 직접 체크인도 가능합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절해요. 심지어 락커가 따로 있어서 체크아웃 후 직원에게 따로 부탁하지 않아도 짐을 맡길 수 있습니다. 하지만 방의 상태는 좋지 않습니다. 매우 좁고 낡았습니다. 에어컨도 온도조절 방식이 아닙니다. 여행가방을 다 펼칠수가 없고 숙소에 있는 욕실은 너무 좁아서 단 한번도 샤워를 할 수 없었습니다. 세면대 안쪽의 물때는 제가 닦아도 지워지더군요. 청결상태 최악입니다. 직원이 부족한걸까요? 침대는 딱딱하고 침구 안쪽에 얼룩도 보였습니다. 아무래도 청소직원이 과로하고 있는듯합니다. 대욕탕은 매우 좋았지만 이용을 할 수밖에 없었습니다. 숙소 내 욕실이 너무 좁았으니까요. 매일 대욕탕을 사용했습니다. 그럼에도 이 숙소는 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 고쿠라역, 헤와도리역을 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있고 유명 쇼핑몰이 모두 가까워서 쇼핑 후 숙소에 짐을 두고가기 편했습니다.

小倉駅から近く、飲食店も多く、問題なく過ごせる便利なエリア。大浴場があるのはありがたい。周りにはいろいろホテルはあるが、オススメかもしれませんね。一つ言うならば、基本は出張用のビジネス目的が多いのか子連れ向けに、小さな事用の歯ブラシとスリッパがあればありがたい。4歳の子供には大人用歯ブラシも、大人用スリッパも使いにくい

小倉北区に在住経験があり、以前から当ホテルを知っていました。フロントが広く明るく、利用客も多いことも目にしていたので、利用するならこのホテルにしようと以前から思っていました。駅からも近く、バス停も近い。食事に出るにもとても便利で4日間の滞在はとても最適でした。部屋の中も清潔で、必要な設備は揃っていたのでそれについてもとても良かったです。シングル部屋のユニットバスを使う時に少しだけ匂いが気になりますが、おそらくシャワーカーテンかと思いますが。気になったのはそれだけです。フロントの方も皆さん丁寧で気持ちよく接客していただきました。次回小倉に来た時も必ず利用したいと思います。
