搭乘高速巴士外套遺落在車上，央請櫃檯人員幫忙打電話詢問被斷然拒絕，又央請馬場小姐能否幫忙查詢JR巴士的案內所地址方便指引方向，依舊態度倨傲冷漠要住客自行查找，一點點協助也不願意； 房間內狀況：床頭櫃與床間壁紙地毯脫落明顯、整潔度不佳、浴盆旁有霉菌斑點。 備品種類不多，另環保拖鞋質材屬少見的差。

リピなしの宿でした。

立地の割には価格のパフォーマンスが良くて予約しました。チェックイン、チェックアウトは機械でできますが駐車場利用する場合はフロントに直接行くみたいです。 自動チェックインが終わったあとに「駐車場ご利用の方はフロントへ」という文言に気付き駐車場のことを伝えたら明らかに嫌そうな顔をされました。 部屋は乾燥もひどく、ベッドも硬く、シャワーカーテンにはカビが生えていて不潔。そしてシャワーや水道の温度調節がこのご時世で手動であり設備には古さを感じました。シャワーの水圧も強すぎて、水圧を弱めようと調節するとシャワーから蛇口に切り替わってしまう。とても使いづらかったです。

フロントの女性スタッフさんが親戚でした また、朝食のお米が美味しい。お粥も嬉しいです。 室内の照明が明るくできるとなお良いですね
