It’s ok to rest your head

It’s ok, the beds are very hard, you won’t get any extra towels, towels are very small, no extras or waters given. For a quick stay it’s clean and ok, pool is ok, breakfast the basic , pillows very hard, carpet is dirty and needs cleaning, couch hard as a rock, no air inside the hotel so very hot but at least you get air in the room- it’s not new air but it has it.

This hotel is one of the best in the area. The friendly staff of front desk, restaurant, and pool to clean and comfortable beds and room. They had a pool party and after the party left they didn’t clean the pool until the next day. Pool had all kine of stuffs, such as popped balloons pieces of plastic toys. Apparently they had a kids party. Room smells horrible , hallways smells horrible. Bed sheets didn’t look clean to me. Few plates were left on a hallway couch probably by a guess. Dirty plates were there more than 2 days. I took them to the front desk.

The front desk staff was amazing! The breakfast was delicious! I wish that our room had a refrigerator, I didn’t know it was something to request. Only missed having coffee in the room. But the coffee at breakfast was delicious.

My room water pressure was very bad. Was bitten my bugs all night long and reported the issues twice and they did nothing to fix the issues. Disappointed with my stay and will not recommend. I was excited to stay there as I was highly recommended but truly disappointed during and after the stay

Our bathroom was very nice and modern. Hallway was smelly as well as bedroom. Carpet looked dirty. Check in was a hassle because hotel reception didn’t have my confirmation expedia. He had to call someone to get it and made us wait about 15 min. Minor inconvenience. Staff was great.

I was charge $90 dollars for the first day because I didn't have my reservation. I tried to do my reservation but there system was down that I had to go to the hotel personally. I didn't get my discount of expidia. Because of there charge I tried to make my reservation again online I was able to do it but the person that help me in the front desk bad customer services. I got my room with my kids. The worst thing that happened the next day I started scratching my arm then my leg we were getting bites I dont know of what but they are red and etching. I reported it and I got another room but for them was normal they never appoch me to ask is me and my kids were ok .Then my kids started to have the red and etching red spots. We left the hotel today 6/16/24 . They didn't not have any courtesy to ask about the situation if we were ok or if we needed anything.
