barulho a noite

Boa tarde, hotel mais antigo, porém bem localizado e limpo... porém as toalhas de banho e rosto deixam a desejar. A noite, começa um barulho infernal, acho que do ar condicionado dos outros quartos, pois não usamos o ar, era umas 3:00h da madrugada e aquele barulho muito incomodo, não conseguimos dormir o restante da noite. Não gosto de reclamar, mas acho que é um ponto a ser melhorado pois não indico este hotel para ninguém. Tudo bem o hotel ser antigo, mas a questao do barulho é um ponto muito negativo.

Falta barra de apoio nos banheiros

Este hotel é o nosso preferido em Curitiba há muitos anos. Desta vez observamos que os banheiros precisam ter duchas higiênicas ao lado dos sanitários. Observamos também que não existem barras de apoio nos banheiros, principalmente dentro e nas saídas das banheiras. Como se trata de segurança dos hospedes estou fazendo aqui o registro confiando que vcs vão providenciar estas melhorias.Caso o corpo de bombeiros faça vistoria, estes aptos que não possuam as barras de apoio poderão ser interditados. Agradeço a sua atenção e parabéns pela sopa da noite, estava muito boa.
