Um hotel que não comporta o número de hóspedes

O quarto era mto bom. Mas o hotel não suporta o número de hóspedes. Os elevadores são minúsculos, e por isso vc fica muito tempo esperando para subir ou descer. Cabe pouca gente e o hotel estava lotado. O café da manhã é outro problema! O lugar não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes. Lotado, vc fica em pé na porta esperando mesa. Os funcionários são grosseiros, não ajudam. Quando finalmente sentamos, tudo acabava. Fila para pegar café. Fila para pegar pão. Uma experiência péssima pelo valor que pagamos. O único ponto positivo foi o quarto.

Minha experiência no hotel foi, no geral, boa, porém alguns pontos merecem atenção. No momento da reserva, a cama foi anunciada como queen size, mas ao chegar, encontrei uma cama de tamanho padrão, o que causou uma frustração logo no início da estadia. Além disso, o Wi-Fi apresentou bastante lentidão e não funcionou adequadamente no meu celular, o que comprometeu a conectividade durante a hospedagem. Outro ponto importante é em relação à limpeza. Como o quarto possui carpete, acredito que uma higienização diária mais completa seja essencial para manter o conforto e a higiene do ambiente. No entanto, o serviço oferecido se limita à arrumação da cama e troca de toalhas. São observações que, se revistas, certamente podem tornar a experiência no hotel ainda melhor.

Hotel ok, mas precisa de manutenção

Estivemos no hotel com nossos filhos e pegamos a suíte familia. A cama de casal era confortável, porém, o sofá cama extremamente frágil e desconfortável. Os batentes das janelas estavam desgastados e sujos, sem manutenção. O boxe do banheiro não fechava por completo, o que ocasionava no vazamento para fora durante o banho. O café da manhã é bem servido, com diversas opções e o atendimento da equipe, foi cordial. O hotel tem uma boa localização mas, as instalações, precisam de um olhar mais cuidadoso no que se refere às manutenções básicas. Além disso, 8h da manhã havia barulho de furadeira e martelo pelo hotel, muito desagradável.
