O atendimento é muito bom, fui muito bem atendido, mas infelizmente a infraestrutura do hotel é muito ruim, o colchão era muito ruim ( ruim de verdade) não é 4 estrelas nem de longe. Mas o atendimento é o que salvou o lugar .

Tive que rotear do meu celular meus creditos qye zeraram . Recepção antipática. Muitos aborrecimentos.. ah o abuso de preço uma fanta lata R$13,20 . Pedimos uma macarronada a noite , molho azedo . No outro dia pedimos ifood e hotel queria cobrar R$ 10,00 para emprestar um garfo . Comemos no de plástico mesmo . Não são cativantes
