O hotel em sim é bom e confortável, porém no quarto a tomada do microondas não era compatível e não tinha adaptador. Na academia os equipamentos precisam de manutenção, esteiro e bicicleta. O atendimento foi bom também, funcionários são prestativos e conseguem resolver os problemas se surgirem, destaque para a recepcionista que infelizmente não lembro o nome, mas era estrangeira, muito atenciosa com todos.

Excelente hospedagem. Hotel limpo, cama boa, lençóis e travesseiros muito bons. Café da manhã com muita variedade e num espaço excelente. Atendimento no café da manhã super amigável e solícito. Ótima garagem. Informamos sobre um reparo que precisaria ser feito no banheiro, o que foi prontamente informado que poderíamos trocar de quarto. Devido a esse contratempo, recebemos um prato de frutas do gerente do hotel, que é uma pessoa excepcional. Foi nos concedido late check out, tão logo solicitamos no dia da chegada. Toda equipe está de parabéns. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Quartos antigos, banheiro ruim, toalhas furadas e manchadas. Atendimento fraco, tive um problema físico tentei ligar para o hotel dezenas de vezes para verificar como fazer não tive sucesso, maioria das vezes tiravam o telefone do gancho e desligavam logo na sequência para parar de tocar, outras vezes atendiam e deixavam na música tocando por longos minutos e a ligação caía, não consegui falar com eles por telefone. O café da manhã era bom, porém no almoço pedimos 4 pratos, eles só servem no restaurante, não há pedido nos quartos, e mesmo com o restaurante literalmente vazio o tempo de entrega dos pratos levou uma hora. O valor da diária não é alta, de toda maneira poderia ser muito melhor. Sei que não estava em hotel de primeira qualidade, porém ficou bem abaixo das expectativas, o café da manhã salvou, e o rapaz do estacionamento também, os outros talvez precisem de uma reciclagem.
