Room was definitely clean, but smelled like there was a pool - hard to describe haha. The beds were very comfortable- but I like a firm mattress. The toiletries were lacking and mismatched, but not the end of the world. Overall what you'd expect for the price.

This is definitely an older property with older furniture, but the customer service and cleanliness made up for that - it was better than many higher end places I've stayed in. The location was central to be able to walk around town. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff are excellent and the room was very clean. The hotel rooms are a little dated, but I knew that from the photos and other reviews. Overall, excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

Clean room with comfortable bed and pleasant staff. Only refreshment provided was morning tea and coffee (7-10am) in the lobby, but plenty of options for breakfast etc. within a couple of minutes walk.

This hotel is a bit on the old side, but it is the right balance of price and comfort. The room was clean and functional. Good hot water. Very quiet, even though our room was near the front desk. The bottled spring water dispenser in the lobby was a nice idea. It's a good solid place for a couple of days stay. We wished the pool was open though. It was mid July and hot. They were also kind enough to receive an Amazon package for me the day I got there.
