Trans America 3 week stay

Hotel is nice, location is great but service is off. Service is slow and they forget easily. I would have to order water 3 different times until they finally bring it up 3 hours later. Same for bath towels. Also, bed sheets are stained/burned… I asked them to change it twice during my 3 week stay but they never did. They just make the bed and leave these ugly dirty sheets.

Precisa melhorar o café da manhã. Já foi melhor. O leite para o café estava frio. Não esquentam. Colocam da caixa direto na garrafa térmica. 6:30 só tinha um funcionário para atender e recolher os pratos e talheres. Tapioca só a partir das 7:00 da manhã.

Melhor hospedagem em Recife!

Nossa estadia era para casal, porém optamos por apartamento triplo. Fomos atendidos prontamente pela gentil Calina, que antecipou nosso checking,em 1 hora por haver disponibilidade Encontramos um ambiente de 35m², completamente limpo, muito bem decorado, com iluminação e abajures em pontos estratégicos do quarto e camas muito espaçosas e confortáveis, com vários travesseiros à disposição. Roupas de cama e colchas limpas e cheirosas. Assim como as roupas de banho, com toalhas gdes, branquinhas e cheirosas, itens esses que eram trocados diariamente quando a limpeza era feita. Pelo quarto havia sempre um nicho para acomodar nossas coisas. No armário com gavetas e cofre, haviam muitos cabides disponíveis e até uma tábua e ferro de passar. O banheiro espaçoso, com uma ducha incrível e até um varalzinho no box para pendurar pequenas peças para secar. Bem equipada com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido. E muitas amenidades, como sabonete em barra, touca p/ banho e lenços de papel eram deixados todos os dias. O café da manhã espetacular! Muitas frutas, sucos, bolos e pães diversos e nos rechauds 10 opções quentes, com algumas comidas regionais e deliciosas. E ainda uma chapeira onde eram preparados deliciosos omeletes e tapiocas. Minha observação é que se o hóspede tomar café às 6 da manhã, não irá provar, pois o funcionário da chapa só entra às 7hs. Minha única crítica é com relação, ao local em que foi construída a piscina,numa área de frente para o mar, porém sem sol
