Phuong is an attentive host who does care his customers. His response to email is both prompt and informative, the instructions to direction, check-in and check-out are very helpful. The location is close to many attractions around downtown Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment is clean, quiet, the A/C is cold more than you need (very important) and it works fast.
