The hotel location is great, in the middle of the historic quarter. It is clean, the service is decent and the complimentary breakfast very convenient. The hotel lobby decor is ugly, completely disconnected from the historic flair of the city.

Customer service is amazing and the room was clean. Walking distance of everything, the only 2 things I would say is that breakfast was not that good and that if you’re planning to rent a car the parking is not on site so the staff will need to go park your car and bring to you . The Main Street closes at night on weekends so you’ll need to park in a street close and let them know so they can go park your car . Other than that , I think the cost was reasonable for the room and hotel, the staff are very friendly and even helped us schedule a taxi for our 7 am flight . Thank you !

Helpful staff and great breakfast. Only issue I had was parking. The hotel is located on a walking only street. I wish I knew that before we showed up. I had to park down the street and walk to Check in. Then they told me where to park. If i knew ahead of time where to park it would have made the check in easier. Staff was very friendly and also helpful. Location was great for walking the center of the city. If I do come back to the area I would stay there again.

The location of the hotel is great and the staff were friendly. Breakfast can be improved. The towels are way too old and broken, for which the house keepers leave too few towels every day (only one small towel for two people and we have to ask for towels every day). Show head is too old and inconvenient to use. The toilet water will jump out when no one is using—bad sewage system. We ended up wiping the toilet seat all the time. Overall, the terrible bathroom made the whole stay very uncomfortable.
