Room seemed clean until the bedsheet came off while sleeping and there’s a huge stain on the mattress. Room was okay and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was extremely tiny as was the sink and shower. Overall it was okay but I don’t know that I would stay there again.

The check in process was easy! The staff was very friendly! The room was updated and clean! We loved the breakfast! It was nice to see Jimmy Dean sausage breakfast sandwiches. The only thing was there wasn’t water available to drink during breakfast. Recommend water in a pitchure! It was close to the shops/restaurants on one side and then the lake on the other side. Overall a great stay! I would recommend and stay again!

Hotel was adequate but basic and old. Might be okay for a young people's ski weekend but this was for a 4-day trip to Tahoe for 2 and was less than expected. I would not stay here again if visiting the area. Pros: Conveniently located to Heavenly Village, casinos (although we don't gamble) and various restaurants; lady at check-in was very helpful with locating places to go and eat around the area; bed was very comfortable; nice big jetted tub. Cons: No bathroom counter space for toiletries, no chest of drawers or any type of closet to put clothes in (only a few hooks); breakfast was sub-par with only cold carbs (bagels, sliced bread, 2 cereals) (except waffle-maker and toaster) and yogurt and apples, sausage biscuit was hardly edible.

The room was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space. The staff was friendly and helpful and house keeping kept the rooms looking solid. Plus it’s right in the middle of all the places my wife and me like to go to so every drive was very short
