I booked the room and when I went to the website for directions they said the hotel was permanently closed. This is after they booked my debit card for over 250 dollars. Since I was being my grave father back home I decided to book another hotel. I called the hotel again and said they were not closed but there was a new management and name change. I’m glad I called and said of course I needed a refund asap. They told me to get a hold of you and ask for a refund. So I kindly ask for you to redepisit my funds back in my accounts. Excelente lugar. Atención en español, respetan horarios. Desde que entras el olor es a limpio, baños impecables, habitaciones con buen tamaño. Camas cómodas, limpias.
