The walled town of Campeche is calming and beautiful. The hotel is just on the outer edge of the city center and location-wise is good for an easy walk to the sites. Yet it has a business-like feel to it, serving lots of tourist groups, and has mediocre breakfast food and distracted waiters. Generally the services are good, but the hotel doesn't match the embracing feel of the city itself. We'd go elsewhere -- but inside the walled city -- in the future.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to help with printing and copying documents needed for an appointment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Although the barhroom is outdated the lighting is good, space adequate and the water was hot.

Beautiful lobby. Restaurant was priced accordingly and much cleaner than the outdoor places on 59 due to the construction going on there. It is not in the fort walls, so location wasn’t great with lots of traffic. The park across the street needs cleaned up. Next to the botanical gardens which are closed for reconstruction! Protected parking lot is a plus! Would stay here again if in Csmpeche

This hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to any of the sights in the centro. The rooms are a little dated. The bed sheets did not fit on the bed and I constantly woke up in the middle of the night sleeping directly on the mattress. Also the wifi was very spotty. If you needed the internet for work this would be very annoying.
