Os horarios de shuttle para ida e volta do aeroporto deviam estar disponíveis ja na reserva. Resevei pensando em usar o serviço e nem na chegada e nem na saida foi possível usar por causa do horário. Além disso, chegamos estava frio e o hotel disponibilizou apenas uma manta fina. E outra coisa que me desagradou foi a questão dos quartos serem voltaos para dentro, fazendo muito eco por causa do pédireito alto

Bom mas pode melhorar

Viajei em família e peguei 2 quartos para para 4 pessoas em uma escala em Guarulhos. O hotel é muito bom, mas em um dos quartos o ar condicionado não funcionava (não foi tanto problema pois estava no inverno, no verão seria uma tragédia). O transfer também é problemático pois existem horários com um intervalo muito grande. Na chegada acabamos pegando um táxi para não esperar mais de uma hora.

Precisa melhorar comunicação e isolamento acústico

Houve um problema de comunicação básica do hotel com a emoresa que faz o transfer. Fiquei esperando o transfer 2hs no aeroporto pq o hotel não tinha o contato do motorista. E a noite foi péssima pq havia uma famila com criança no andar superior que corria e arrastva móveis, e o isolamento acústico do hotel é péssimo.
