Good room and service!! Location is also convenient. (3mins walk to train and boat station and 8mins walk to bus station) Staff can speak good English to help our questions and good breakfast. Only a thing is we need to sign up for breakfast time slot each day after 12pm.

Great location close to station

The location was perfect for us, group of 6. It's very close to the train station and if getting a taxi to and from airport then made it very easy as we would of had to get water taxis etc to get further into Venice. It's a busy spot as it is close to the station. The hotel is clean and staff were generally polite, the breakfast included was ok, we had to book slots for when we wanted to have breakfast, which was ok but there were days when I was up earlier/later I'm sure they would've accommodated had I asked to move my slot. The mosquitos were not pleasant and only on our last day did we realise there were net covers for the windows, travelling mid October and the weather was still quite warm so having to keep windows shut was very uncomfortable at night.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It's walking distance from the train station (Santa Lucia). The room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the garden it was very beautiful. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the place.

Very clean, great breakfast, really close to train station which made it great not to have to haul the bags over stairs and around town or pay for a taxi. Literally a 3 minute walk from getting off your train.

Good, Location very convenient

We had a good time at the hotel. Only issues were the bathtub/shower not draining at all, and to get the air conditioning working you had to call the front desk for them to turn it on. Breakfast was also underwhelming. On the plus side, location was convenient to train and water taxi stations, bed was comfy and the blackout shades were nice after a long day of travel, but i’m not sure we’d stay here again.

Great stay just a 3 minute walk to and from the Venice train station (which you will appreciate especially with bags). Venice has a lot of stairs but this hotel is right before them. They are very strict with their 2 pm check-in but you can leave your bags for free in the lobby. The breakfast was great and it's in perfect location with restaurants and bars.
