Me entregaron la habitación 40 min despues de llegar al hotel, considerando que llegue 15:20, me entregaron hasta las 16:00 que por un tema de asignación, cuándo reserve decia que me daria una bebida de cortesia por ser silver y no lo respetaron, la recepcionista despota nada de servicio calido. El aire no funcionó lo reporte y casi entre 18 y 19 lo repararon, entraron a mi habitacion y ahi estuvieron, no me dejaron descanzar ni trabajar agusto, hubiera pensado que eso era motivo para un cambio de habitación pero para ellos no fue suficiente.
