I was really let down by my experience at Brytan Place, and I plan to do more thorough research before my next trip to Treasure Beach. While the property was adequate for a simple overnight stay, it didn’t match the description in the listing. The towels were worn and stained, there were cockroaches in the bathtub, and we were provided with only a small bar of soap for two adults over two nights. To top it off, the air conditioning didn’t provide any cool air. What frustrated me even more was the lack of response to my complaints; no one acknowledged my concerns, which forced me to reach out to my booking company. When I finally did, the host called me and instead of offering an apology or a solution, thru ended up yelling at me. Stating they were the ones that cleaned etc etc. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with the property, and I have photos documenting the state of the place upon my arrival and departure. Also with the insects etc..
