Habitación limpia, el problema fue que se me entregó la habitación alas 7pm, cuando se prometía entrega a las 3pm, llegué al lugar y no estaban enterados de la reservación, no por problema de la página si no por gestión del gerente en turno, tenían un evento de 30 carpas cosa que entiendo es grande pero descuidaron la atención hacia nosotros así como otra familia, entregando carpas de noche y otorgando un mal servicio
