Opossum infestation

Terrible. The hotel is very old and infested with opossums. On the second night, I heard a noise in the patio door, and it was an opossum trying to get in. The next day, I saw two more running by the rooms. When I told the front desk, the man said they knew about it. It's an ongoing issue, but they cannot get rid of the opossums. We left that day, and hotels.com did not refund the unused nights, which was pretty disappointing.

O Hotel é beira mar, a estrutura externa é bem bacana, piscina grande, as porções da área da piscina são bem pequenas, vale mais a pena comer na barraca de praia do hotel! O quarto é espaçoso, porém o ar do quarto não estava funcionando, pedimos inúmeras vezes na recepção p nos ajudar, mas infelizmente não fomos atendidos!

Boa estrutura e localização

Ótimo atendimento. O hotel tem boa estrutura, tem bonitos jardins. É bem cuidado. A única sugestão que fica é de aumentar o tempo da Hidromassagem e da sauna, que só abre 2 horas por dia.
