BEWARE — DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. not only was my room dirty with mold but I FOUND BED BUGS and the personnel only offered to change the sheets. I had to demand them wash my clothes in HOT WATER free of charge to ensure I would not bring bed bugs back home with me. Absolutely awful and neighboring areas were dirty and filled with homeless people.

Fiquei apenas um dia no hotel e o achei bastante aconchegante. Em relação à área de lazer, particularmente a da piscina, achei que a estrutura deixou a desejar, pois quase não bate sol tanto na piscina quanto na área externa, o que compromete um pouco a experiência. Sobre a comida, pedimos um petisco de frango que, para o nosso gosto, não estava bom. À noite, optamos por pedir delivery para evitar o risco de pedir algo no restaurante e novamente não agradar. Outro ponto negativo foi o preço da água: R$8,00 por uma garrafinha pequena, o que considerei um valor abusivo. Já em relação ao quarto, não tenho críticas. Ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, cama, lençóis, TV e banheiro ,tudo estava do nosso agrado.
