The room had bugs all over the pillows. When I reported to the front desk, all I was offered was me moving to another room, after I had unpacked everything. It was very inconvenient and felt something besides me being moved to another room at night after I was already dressed for bed, should have received at the least a discount on the room or no charge for a $7.50 bottle of water, that I purchased. Very inconsiderate.

Staff was very nice. Area was under renovation which was something that I understand needs to happen, but maybe the price goes down or something during these times? They need new luggage carts. Otherwise everything was really nice.

Quick trip

The room was clean but minimal comfort. The bed was okay. The breakfast food was not good but was common for this level of hotel. The ice machine on our floor was out of service which was a minor inconvenience. We had thought of staying another night to visit another area attraction but decided we'd prefer returning home.

Stood in lobby for 25 minutes to get checked in as only one person was working and had an issue with a room, no biggie things happen but then get into room Barhroom was filthy it had dirt and sandy stuff all over the sink, floor and bathtub. The only thing clean was the beds. They were booked so they had no other room. He did send mainlands in to wipe it up! That morning bugs were crawling on the floor. All I got was sorry about that.

There were numerous stink bugs crawling on the walls & windows. We asked for a different room & were denied. All maintenance did was spray peppermint spray around the window & a/c. Tried to tell us the bugs come through the a/c because it is cold outside. It was almost 80 degrees. Found additional bugs crawling on our belongings when packing to leave. Breakfast has no seasoning. Very bland.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Hotel has fresh paint and new carpeting and furnishings. Breakfast was hot and good, the usual breakfast for this hotel chain. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, linens and furniture are new, and room was spacious with two queen beds and a full size sofa sleeper. Staff was friendly. Cons: Hotel is under renovation but was not noisy or disruptive. Because the hotel is under renovation the pool is currently closed. Walls are thin and the kids in the room next door were loud.

They were under renovations so everything was filthy. Staff was unsure of anything and not helpful. The cleaning staff smelled really awful when you walked by. Room was ok but smelled moldy. Bathroom towel hooks were all torn off. The hallways felt stuffy and humid. Lots of trash in the sofa bed.

First off I get there, they try to tell me my card was declined and kept telling me that until I showed them my receipt of paying, we get booked in he then tells me that the pool is under construction but not tell after I signed the agreement so I was then stuck staying, we get to our room and it’s super hot, we lower the AC but still warm then entire night even though the ac unit says 65 it never was anything close to that. The breakfast was awful, no pancakes or waffles, the machine was broke. The sausage was barely cooked, eggs were rubber, the biscuits hard. Overall I was super disappointed in my stay!
