Atendimento ótimo, foram super educados e prestativos. Chegamos bem antes do check in e deixaram guardar nossas coisas enquanto saímos para almoçar. Precisei de ferro de passar e arrumaram pra mim. A localização é ótima pra sair e chegar, me senti segura! Banho ótimo, cama confortável. Fiquei no 2º andar, teve um pouco de barulho mas nada que impedia o sono. O hotel é muito limpo, super organizado! Porém a questão do atendimento é bem fraco,café da manhã até bom se não fosse pelos pão francês provavelmente do dia anterior! Eu reservei cama de casal, eram duas camas de solteiro juntas. A tv simplesmente não funcionava. Veio alguém vê, quando funcionou a imagem com chuviscos só a globo , outro canal só barulho. Foi decepcionante. O café da manhã as pães estavam duros, porém os demais estavam bons como frutas etc. Os funcionários prestativos . Apesar de ser um preço bom. Não vale a pena .
