The employees were very nice, but the overall cleanliness, condition and comfort of the hotel were subpar in our opinion. Very noisy a/c and refrigerator. Black on the ceiling in shower made us uncomfortable, as well as the general condition of shower and bathroom.

What’s up with your internet service?

We were not impressed with the absolutely NO internet service unless you hooked into their WiFi. The only way I will stay there again is if I first set up a VPN. We really appreciated the shuttle service over to Deadwood. That is what brought us back to stay over and over again. Why they had to change the internet service is beyond me. If you don’t need phone service until you are outside the building then this is great.
