Great service, good rooms, and breakfast.

The checkin took a long time because of the passports, but the staff was very friendly and tried their best to accomodate us at a reasonable speed. I do really appreciate that. As for the rooms, they were nice and clean with a bidet and decent shower, etc. I have no complaints about the room, we have 4 twin beds and so it was super comfortable. Regarding the location, it was OK, not far from the border and some facilities, but a little further from the falls than I had hoped. In any case, we had a beautiful view of the city from there. Breakfast, as was always the case whenever I went to any place in Brazil, was top notch! Loved it, and thank you!

Atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários do hotel. Solícitos, atensiosos... As janelas dos quartos são realmente vedadas ao som externo, então, mesmo sendo ao lado da Rodoviária de Foz, o barulho dentro dos quartos quase não existe. Café da manhã de qualidade, itens frescos e saborosos. Como ponto negativo, apenas o serviço diário de limpeza nos quartos que não acontecia. As camareiras (super simpáticas e educadas!) só arrumavam as camas. Nem um pano no banheiro passavam, então isso deixou a desejar, mas nada que comprometeu a estadia ou algo do tipo. Só vejo que esse ponto merecia mais atenção mesmo. Além disso, o pillow top da cama de casal poderia ser um pouco melhor porque, como são duas camas de solteiro juntas, quando se deitava no meio, você acabava ficando desconfortável sentindo essa divisória no colchão. Mas são coisas "superficiais", que nada estragou a experiência da viagem.

Minha estadia foi incrível! O hotel é excelente e muito bem localizado (região nobre, ao lado da Rodoviária Internacional de Foz do Iguaçu), a limpeza é impecável, conta com uma equipe de funcionários muito bem qualificados, o café da manhã é farto e completo, as camas são novas e macias, elevadores modernos e bem seguros. Enfim, retornando à Foz do Iguaçu, o Hotel Luz será a minha principal opção de hospedagem.
