Stopover on the way to Monaco. Beaune was beautiful. Secure car parking was a plus. The beds were very comfy. Bathroom on the small side.... Stairs were steep but there was a lift if that was an issue. Dog friendly was one of the reasons we chose it.

This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel. It’s very convenient in the centre of Beaune with secure parking. Our room was good, breakfast was good and a bonus was the large fluffy towels which is unusual in France! Would certainly recommend.

Smallest bathroom ever encountered. If I hadn’t lost 4 stone I wouldn’t have been able to get in, struggled as it was (i am size 12). Therefore unable to have a shower. Massive bedroom, empty of furniture other than bed and tiny side table. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are dark as Exterior Window Shutters are permanently closed. Very small TV under the ceiling. Old curtain cover the space where you can only hang the close but no shelfs. Staff is very friendly at the reception.

We were dissapointed that there were a lot of building materials laying around the outside the hotel. Our room was big and clean but there was no lights on the 3rd floor landing were the room was. I found it rather sloppy as it was difficult to open room door, had to use torch on the mobile to touch electronic lock properly. Perhaps there should be a message on the listing that the hotel is undergoing building work.

The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter suggested to refund me of my prepaid hotel charges and go find other hotels in Beaune, but I knew it was very little vacancy during long weekend holidays in France. I had no option but keep staying in. Hotel also does not provide kettle and tissue paper.

En plein centre ville. Une grande place en face pour se stationner avec disque bleu. L'hotel propose un parking pour 10€. Établissement rénové. Chambre supérieure tres confortable (plus belle en vrai que sur les photos) lit en 180 grand confort, avec surmatelas. Belle SDB et serviettes de qualité. Belle télé. Dommage que le bureau soit minuscule, qu'il n'y ai pas de mini frigo et canal+ pour un 4 etoiles. J'ai choisis une chambre sur cours intérieure 100% au calme. Climatisation efficace.
