2/10 Poor

Terrible experience

Pool was half drained and green. The room only had one TV channel. The website completely misleads the fact that the Inn is run down.
Dustin, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Wonderful bed!

We stayed here prior to visiting the Grand Canyon…after driving from SanDiego we were very tired and the beds were perfect. Slept better than I ever have at any hotel.
Melissa, 1-night trip

Nice
Malinda, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Property was good for the one night I wanted to stay there. But the walls are paper thin and the buildings floors show their age.
Will, 1-night trip

Nice accommodation at a great price! Love the Mexican food truck just outside!
Dukjae, 1-night trip

Lauren, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The front desk and restraunt staff were very friendly. We only stayed the night because we were only stopping to sleep, but I wish we had stayed here longer! Beds are very comfortable, room is very spacious and clean.
Bianca, 1-night trip

Ana, 1-night trip

Very unique wooden furnitures. Beautiful sky at night but not many restaurants and shops around.
Hisayoshi, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Everyone was so nice!! Restaurant staff was exceptional, and very friendly. Shop on property was really cool!! Route 66-ish. Loved the property and staff. Only suggestion would be to freshen up landscaping, but it was the very end of winter, so maybe just not done yet?
Carol, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

WEIRD INDIAN SCARY KIOSK. THAT WASNT THE WORST

We arrived to a weird kiosk machine with a person talking to you - it was startling. the doors are both supposed to open/close and they have only 1 so its a bottleneck. We used counter to check in not weird indian from a strange place. the room was gross smelled like old alcohol and bad feet. they changed us - great. then k cup coffee maker didnt work, they brought a ground coffee maker with no ground coffee, then they deactivated our room keys... Its sad - this used to be a great place now its not well.kept and service lacks. the pool was closed the restaurant wasnt good and was expensive. too bad the original owner sold it. they still own the gas stations on both sides.

Bryan, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Close enough to Grand Canyon, they have dining facilities. Virtual check-in via online video is not efficient, especially Indian accent over video is not easily understood.
Eleo, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice property, convenient location and the included breakfast was really good.
Katharine, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Very meager accommodations, poor customer service from management. No housekeep/cleaning at all on a 3 night stay. Room had an old tv that only picked up 3 channels that I did l not care for and no microwave in room. I would not return to this place or recommend it to anyone, paid too much money for a below motel 6 comparable accommodations!!
Joe, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was large but seemed to be needing maintenance. It was the only budget friendly option close to Grand Canyon. The restaurant closed early so we picked up food by the south rim.
