Great stay, hotel was super. Location was perfect in terms of walking distance to key interested points. However, at times the area felt a little unsafe but a very short walk rectified that slight issue

Room was great and good value. Reception, bar and breakfast (including the breakfast room) were all lovely. Parking next door in public car park but overall a great stay and thanks to all the staff!

Will stay again

Beautiful cosy hotel with lovely modern decor. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was tasty and the bed was very comfy. The hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of the city walls and the 24 hour carpark only cost £12.

Overnight stay

Great for an overnight stay in Derry Newly opened hence everything was fresh and clean Comfortable bed Bar area was on the first floor with view of the street below and the girl who served us made nice cocktails and poured fresh pints Can take a while to find your way around the hotel otherwise a good stay

8/10 Very good

Lovely hotel and central to everything. 90% of the staff were incredibly kind. Just one staff on arrival not so warm and a little intense. Otherwise breakfast staff, bar staff were so kind and could not do more for you! Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with lots of variety for adults and children. Beds so comfortable and pillows! Towels need addressing Body towels just about covered my 9 year old! But otherwise very comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again when in Derry.

We stayed for 4 nights in a family room. The hotel was newly opened so everything looked fresh and fantastic. We loved the décor of the hotel and the rooms, and everything felt comfortable and cozy. The room was a great size with comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, plenty of storage space, a modern smart TV, and the usual amenities. The bathroom was modern and clean, but I have to say I can't stand these 3-sided showers. The shower is amazing with spectacular water pressure and temperature. Honestly it was a dream, but it also splashed water all over the place in the name of aesthetics. The mirror had built-in lighting as well as being steam-resistant, so you can still use it after a hot shower. Breakfast was included and served in a gorgeous little atrium. It's a 'cold' breakfast so there were cereals, pastries, yoghurt, toast, etc. It was good and we were able to have as much as we wanted, so while a simple breakfast we could at least load up for the day. The staff were lovely and helpful. We had not initially planned to stay for 4 nights but they were very helpful when we had to extend our stay. My only gripe would be the towels. Each guest has two towels. Your hair towel is basically the size of a hand towel, and your body towel is the size of a hair towel. Normal sized towels are definitely needed. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay again!

Not great overall.

Hotel was nice and clean on arrival, staff were friendly on check in, however although it’s a new hotel there was a number of issues with the room. The toilet was filling with water when we were using the sink, spoke to reception at night once we realised but there was no other room ready to be moved into so we had to use the toilets in reception 3 floors down. The window in the room was stuck open and would not shut, so was extremely noisy. Tried to put the TV on to drown out the sound of the outside but the TV had no channels. Also minor but the hairdryer in the room didn’t work. Tried to let reception know when checking out however the member of staff on the desk was on the phone and fairly rude, basically just took the key and signalled with her hands to go away. Overall poor experience, would not recommend.

Newly renovated, this great little hotel punches above its weight class! Staff were kind and courteous. No fridge in the room but they refrigerated medication for me. I would have liked a safe in the room but in fairness, I probably didn’t check the room details closely enough to notice if it was offered. The shower includes a rain shower head and a removal spray and the water pressure was AAA+ Very conveniently located and a nice little breakfast.

Doors banging all night. Terrible nights sleep. Room (101) very warm even though it was cold outside. No AC or system of air circulation, just 1 small window, and yes, the radiator was off. Very strange, sauna-like environment. We asked for a fan, and they did provide a desk fan. No parking. Best option is the multi storey next door which is £12 per day, if you ask for the deal. Can’t even stop outside the hotel to drop people off. Double plug socket needs tightened to the wall. Two towels per person, one small plus one very small. We asked for more and they were provided. No fridge, but perhaps the more expensive rooms have one. WiFi is good, as is the smart TV. Nice cold breakfast (the toast was warm) in a nicely decorated room. City centre location is good but I’m guessing the neighbouring hotels have better standards. We checked out a day early due to sleep deprivation/heat/noise.
