Hotel has a good location and it was cleaned every day. The bar downstairs and entertainment was good as well. We just had issues with our fridge in the room, which we requested to be checked or exchanged, but we were told we had too many drinks on it. Beautiful hotel. They are redoing their floors and we were upgraded to a suite with a sauna in the room. How cool! Staff was extremely helpful and full of recommendations. Walking distance to sights, loads of shopping, and delicious restaurants. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Neither Expedia or the property website mentioned anything about the entire building being under major construction, wrapped in black netting, surrounded by scaffolding, and highly dangerous thick cement dust everywhere. Unable to open windows, dust blows in room and throat burns. Management wouldn’t do anything about a refund but we had to leave for health reasons. The pictures do not at all accurately reflect the poor condition of the interior room. Much better hotels nearby. Total scam, do not stay. (Feb 2023).
