Precisei reservar um quarto porque perdi um voo e achei a piscina do local muito bonita , até pq fui com criança e ela ama ! Mas pra minha triste surpresa a piscina está interditada e não tivemos acesso ao espaço de lazer do hotel , outro ponto negativo foi o ar condicionado fazendo muito barulho a noite e pelo visto ele não está bom , pois de manhã o quarto estava todo molhado .

Se tratando de um hotel tão elegante a tv do quarto poderia ter uma imagem digna. A tv não funciona direito. Tinha um barulho horrível no ar que dificultou dormir,parecia ser um pinga pinga do ar de cima. A piscina estava interditada,culpa minha que não vi no anúncio pois tbm não estava bem sinalizada. Porém poderia estar aberto para termos uma área de lazer. O café da manhã bem servido. Enfim não gostei!

A começar pela piscina que estava interditada. Locamos este hotel justamente pela piscina e não foi possível acessá-la, pois estava em manutenção. Banheiro: porta não fechava por completo, não possuia exaustor de cheiro e nem janela. O box vazava e molhava todo o resto do banheiro. Interfone dentro do banheiro. Ar condicionado antigo e com cheiro de mofo. Camas: colchões desconfortáveis, de mola e a parte do box era de madeira parecido com paletes e fazia muito barulho. Cobertor de inverno muito velho. Café da manhã gostoso porém repetitivo, todos os dias a mesma coisa. A TV nem ligou. Estava com problema e não resolveram. Precisei pedir para trocar as toalhas do banheiro. Guarda roupas em ótimo estado e bem espaçoso.
