My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

A estadia foi tranquila, exceto pelo fato de eu ter feito check in na 3a feira e no mesmo dia informei a recepção que havia baratas no quarto, me transferiram para um quarto inferior que mais parecia um depósito e resolvemos ficar no quarto com barata pois no depósito o ar estava quebrado. Só na 6a feira uma equipe entrou em contato comigo para solucionar meu problema. Ai ja era tarde, passei toda a hospedagem matando barata, a solução encontrada foi não desligar o ar, pois assim elas não apareciam. Nosso quarto também havia mofo próximo aoxar condicionado devido a algum infiltração

Hotel muito cheio de gente, sendo completamente caótico desde usar o elevador, atendimento na recepção, até café da manhã. Os quartos são bem desconfortáveis, a cama parecia um barco, de tanto que o colchão afundava no meio. Travesseiros e roupas de cama terríveis. Voltando ao café, você tinha que garimpar louça (garfo, faca, copos) que não estivessem mal lavados. Tem um monte de hotéis bem melhores na região central do Rio, vale a pena pagar um pouco mais por eles. Esse eu não recomendo pra ninguém
