As a frequent traveler to Istanbul, I can honestly say this has been one of best experiences I’ve had staying at a hotel. Shout out to all the front office personnel including Coskun, Selim, Elzem and Serva and Burak from Food and beverage who were all very professional and courteous

The Bride On The Hill

Mamet!!!!! He greeted me at the door and helped me with my bags upon leaving. In between welcome and goodbye, he somehow was always around with a sweet smile, eager to help. In fact, all of his colleagues, regardless of their position, were eager to help with a friendly smile. Like a legion of happy efficient helpers, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen this level of meticulous service. There is no other place to stay in Istanbul, regardless of how big or small in your budget is!

Konumu gereği merkezi, güvenli yani kısaca mükemmel bir oteldi. Deniz manzaralı oda seçeneği ile hem Çırağan Sarayı hem de deniz manzarasıyla harika bir konaklama süreci geçirebilirsiniz. Otel personelleri güleryüzülü ve çok yardımsever. Odalar çok temiz ve günlük olarak temizlikleri de yapılıyor. Henüz yeni bir Hotel olduğu için minibarlarında alkol göremedik ancak minibarda olan soft içecekler de gayet makul fiyattaydı.
