All the staff in this lodge are far better organised, more professional and kind than a large sized luxury hotel we stayed during this trip. It is a cosy small hotel with specious room and a beautiful garden with friendly staff, always flexible and attentive to your needs. Decor is nice and simple as well. It’s really the people that make trips special after all, and this lodge really lives up to it.

The care the staff took to ensure that we were well catered for. I stayed there for 4 days with my 4 year old and 16 year old daughter and they really went the extra mile - even making meals outside the set menu to accommodate my 4- year old.

Its a very nice property. Very new and clean. What stood out most is the service level of all staff, from front desk, driver, restaurant chef and waiters to the property owner. They make you feel like home. I truly appreciate that

We enjoyed staying on the Hotel Kasambabezi Lodge. Hotel staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. They were also able to help us to book a morning cruise on very short notice when we had trouble booking the tour online on our own. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel room clean and spacious. Hotel driver was flexible and drove safely. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday in Victoria Falls memorable!
