Loved the hospitality. Every person that was working the front desk including Katrice was so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean overall. We were in a room that hadn’t been stayed in yet, since it’s a newer hotel, so there was dust under the beds in the rooms and in some of the corners. I let the staff know and they let me know they would address it. The hardwood floors just needed to have a good sweeping overall, but it was NOT filthy. Bedding, fridge, bathroom and everything else was clean. Beds are firm, pillows weren’t too soft to not give support. Sheets seemed like they were a polyester blend, not very comfy but everyone’s preference is different on all of these things. Overall, the days we stayed there were great and I appreciated the overall experience.

Showed up just to be told they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. We booked the day before. They also said they processed the refund but never did. I had to dispute it with hotels.com and have them contact the hotel and fix it. There were several people being turned away

Perfect stay! The staff was so helpful and nice with checking in and checking out. The room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and just a perfect amount of space for us. Love how pet friendly this hotel is and how reasonable the pet fee is. Good basic breakfast with coffee, yogurt, breakfast bars, muffins and other things. Would definitely stay again.

I didn't get to stay there. My car broke down on the way to Jacksonville and i couldn't make it in time for check in but i was still chaged for one night and it was to late to cancel so that cost me . I think it is unfair. Never booking this hotel again or with hotels.com

The room was very clean, but it is brand new It was hard to cool it. They have a half stove and a full-size refrigerator, but no coffee pot…. Very odd for the coffee drinkers Also there should be a full length mirror in the rooms
