This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok! Smaller hotel, beautiful rooms and small suites. The staff are all excellent, and right there to assist at anytime. The bell staff are particularly superb, and helpful. Highly recommended!!

This is the third time we have stayed at the Park Plaza due to the cleanliness. and friendliness of the staff. The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment but nothing that impinged on the enjoyment of our stay. future guests will be rewarded for the upgrades made.

It's just a 5-minute walk from the main road to Soi 18, but the hotel's right in the heart of Sukhumvit! Tons of restaurants and 7-Elevens are nearby, and Terminal 21, Soi Cowboy, and the BTS Asoke station are all about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful, always willing to help.

The towel has broken holes…..

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago , I can’t believe this I visit after 10 years . They give u all old towels with holes on it . Night front desk not very friendly when u just need help . Only most friendly and make u feel welcome are both concierge male staff . Very friendly and helpful

Standard hotel with great location where everything is close by. All the staff where 5 stars, great service and help as soon as any questions arise. A hotel that is good value for the money that we paid. Nice pool and bar area. The rooms are okey, not the greatest view as you stair in to other houses and they see straight in, you need to have currents closed.
