Lovely stay, however on the first night they didn't find our booking and they made us stay in the hotel next to them. Accomodating for sure, but please do not book through expedia as i don't think they read the bookings..

Kaldığım odadan başka odaya açılan bir kapı vardı yan odada kalan kişinin yaptığı muhabbeti duyabilecek kadar rahatsızlık verici ve yaptığım kahvaltı sırasında alanın küçük olmasından dolayı geçişlerin masaya rahat olmaması ve bazı kişilerin sıra beklediğini gördüm bu durumdan ötürü kalkıp çayımı ayaküstü içtim sadece konumu heryere yakın asla müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı bir otel değil !

Hotel in super Lage. Straßenbahn Gülhane in 1Minute erreichbar. Eminönü auf der eine Seite, Hagia Sophia Moschee auf der anderen Seite in ca. 7-10Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal ist sehr nett und höflich. Frühstücksbüfe vollkommen ausreichend und vielfältig. Es gab immer wieder mal was neues. Was ich nur bemängeln kann ist dass das Hotel etwas renovierungsbedürftig ist. Nicht zu vergessen das beste ist die Terrasse mit einer tollen Aussicht.

Hallo meine Damen und Herren, in der ersten Nacht musste ich Im Hotel schlafen, weil wohl eine Doppelbuchung bestanden hätte und muss den nächsten Tag mit meinen Koffern ins gebucht. Hotel ich war mit meiner Elfjährigen Tochter dort und das fand ich nicht gut.. Außerdem war die Duschkabine nicht dicht, so dass man beim duschen eine kleine Überschwemmung im Badezimmer hatte. Im Zimmer selber waren zu wenig Steckdosen. Der Frühstücksbereich war auch ziemlich klein und wurde auch von gestern genutzt die nicht im Hotel Übernachtet haben. Deshalb sind wir morgens früh aufgestanden, um in Ruhe zu frühstücken. Wir werden auch lieber später frühstücken gegangen, aber das war nicht möglich.

Das Hotel ist in bester Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und wir haben immer neue Handtücher bekommen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für uns gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe. Auch die Metro und Straßenbahn ist in unmitelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Ich selber habe lieber eine Suppe in den umliegenden Restaurants gefrühstückt. Die Bilder sind nicht geschummelt und entsprechen der Wahrheit. Es ist weder super neu noch uralt. Ich sage danke für den sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt.

The major advantage of this hotel is the location, with the main attractions of Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar all being within walking distance from the hotel. The Gülhane tram station is also just a minute walk from the hotel. Another plus is the staff who are kind and friendly. A special mention for the receptionist Mevlut who was extremely helpful and generous with his time in sharing tips for how to navigate the city and also explaining to me and my wife the various options available in terms of sightseeing. On the down side, the breakfast is very basic and bland and the TV in our room was not working. Overall though, the hotel was more than adequate and provided for our main needs bearing in mind the relatively reasonable price paid.
