It was easy to check in and check out. Had all the amenities, especially the washing machine and dryer in the room and small kitchen/sink. Not to mention free Costa Coffee at rest area. The staff were helpful in getting my luggage transported to next destination too.

Such a great hotel, really happy with it and would be more than happy to be back. Close walk to the train station at Yotsuya which is so close to Shinjuku and Shibuya, really helpful staff, easy access in and out of the building, doesn't get too busy where it's uncomfortable. My trip was elevated by my stay here. It was my first international flight as well as my first solo trip so I got lost as soon as I landed. Thank goodness this place had midnight check in so I had time from when I arrived to show up. My whole stay was great from the moment i entered my room till I left. Room service was non invasive and only showed up to clean if you wanted them to. AC was a nice touch given the heat. Not too much to complain about however I wish the trash can was a bit bigger (that thing is TINY). I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent place to stay thats close to a station.

Excellent location within walking distance to Gyoen National Garden and Shinjuku's districts of Omoide Yokocho [food alley], Kabukicho [entertainment area] & Golden Gai [Bars] and metro station for those who are reluctant to walk. The Small room was adequate. 'Capsule' bathroom with no ventilation fan and drainage issues made the smell unpleasant Spoilt for choice with regard to eating. Overall access to amenities made this hotel a winner.
