Returning guest to my favourite hotel when staying in Bangkok. Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Sukhumvit Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. It’s a short walk to Benchakitti park, or Nana Plaza and BTS stations. Soi 4 has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult entertainment, plus other areas of interest are within walking distance. I stayed for 8 nights in a Deluxe Suite, which had everything I wanted, plus the room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. All of the staff are friendly and helpful (housekeeping lady was wonderful) and there is a very good travel and transport service available in the lobby.

The property is clean, staff are nice and friendly. Service is excellent. The tuk tuk takes you to the main rd for free. The washer, dryer and stove work great. I recommend this place to anyone.

The reception Staff were extremely kind and caring. They were always ready to answer questions or help us with whatever needs that we may have. Close proximity to parks, malls and Metro making it very convenient. There were plenty of food choices within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable each day. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The garden terrace and pool are quite nice and the exercise room was spacious. Would definitely come back and stay at this property again in the future.

Cockroaches were everywhere for our entire stay. We let the staff know and they sprayed our room with bug spray so we were breathing and smelling that the whole trip. It didn't stop them so everyday we had to kill many cockroaches. The air conditioner was also very old so it was on full blast but it never made the room cold and was very loud. The water in the shower wouldnt stay hot for more than a minute at a time so water was hot then cold every day. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere until a major renovation is done here. Staff was kind and pleasant however.

Staff was very friendly and approachable. They are ready to give you the best service that they can. Even though the hotel was a bit far you can take the tuktuk service to ploenchit center where the nearest bts is close by. You can also call the hotel to get picked up there no need to book a ride before hand, you can get the service any time. Taxi service for the airport is also convenient.(this one you need to book in advance) The hotel is very dated though I think the air conditioning needs an upgrade I had the temperature at 17 in full blast and I would still be hot. The washing machine would shake making a noise when using it, I had to put something under it so it won't disturb other guests...

Wonderful stay, but Wi-Fi was terrible…

Single male stayed for two nights in a deluxe room. Room was spacious (huge), clean and comfortable with everything I needed, plus the bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. The staff were great and I would happily live here long term! Only negative was the Wi-Fi signal which was very unreliable and I really needed a reliable service for my work situation. There is a convenient shortcut to Soi Sukhumvit 4 and you are a short walk from Benchakitti Park which is worth a visit. There is plenty of nightlife all along Soi Sukhumvit 4, including the famous Nana Plaza. Plenty of shopping malls are nearby as is Soi Cowboy: all within a reasonable walking distance (unless you are lazy). Do yourself a favour and visit Green Room music bar in Soi Sukhumvit 7: Bangkok's best Rock, Rhythm & Blues Bar In the heart of Sukhumvit (no lady drinks!)

Another good stay in my favorite BKK hotel...

Returning guest to my favorite hotel when staying in Bangkok. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will be returning again in mid-August. Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. It’s a short walk to Benchakitti park, or Nana Plaza and BTS stations. Soi 4 has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult entertainment, plus other areas of interest are within walking distance. Breakfast is available at the ground floor restaurant and I ate there most mornings. I stayed for 5 nights in a Premier Room with balcony, which had everything I wanted. The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and there is a very good travel and transport service available in the lobby. The only downside to my stay was the presence of a very inconsiderate family in the room next door: they had young children, but somehow the parents deemed it acceptable to go out for long periods of time, whilst leaving the children unattended. The result was yelling, screaming kids who would occasionally ring my doorbell for amusement: when they checked out, it was so much nicer.
