Great location. Just at the newly opened Westfield Mall. 3-5 mins walk to the metro. Front desk are helpful for any questions you have. And the best part for me was the free access to Prime Time Fitness which they have partnered with. Will stay again.

comfortable & very convenient for Hafen City and easy walk to the old town. Service was friendly & attentive - Christina is a great host at Heimat. Rooms comfortable however bathroom only good if you don't want to shave, apply make-up or look at yourself in the mirror - lighting is shockingly bad / unconsidered! 25hrs Hotel - please sort this out!

This hotel did not meet our expectations during our recent stay. While the hotel's location was convenient for Oktoberfest activities, the cleanliness of the room was a significant disappointment. The room, which we booked through Expedia as a "large" room, was far from clean. Given the high rate we paid due to the festival, we anticipated a higher standard of cleanliness. However, the room was noticeably dirty, with visible stains and dust. The lack of adequate lighting made it difficult to get ready in the morning. The bathroom was particularly concerning. The towels were worn, and the overall state of the bathroom was unsanitary. We felt compelled to wear shoes both before and after our showers. Our concerns about bed bugs were heightened due to the poor cleanliness. While the hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness issues significantly impacted our stay. We ultimately decided to cut our stay short and relocate to Salzburg to ensure a more comfortable experience.

Hipp aber düster: Zimmer sollen wohl schick sein, sind aber nach meiner Meinung eher unpraktisch. Frühstück entspricht nicht dem was ich in dieser Hotelkategorie und für den Preis von immerhin 26€ erwarten würde, zudem keine nennenswerten veganen Optionen. Ungefragtes Duzen der Mitarbeiter soll wohl jung und dynamisch wirken, ist für mich aber eher respektlos. Wer Wert auf einen Hipster-Stil legt wird sich wohl fühlen; ich stehe mehr auf Substanz statt Deko.
