This Hotel was very beautiful, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a breakfast buffet and there are many restaurants near by. Close to subway and train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff at the front lobby especially Mr. Fu was very helpful and gave lots of tips to make our vacation more enjoyable. The luggage transfer service from our hotel in Kyoto to Elsereine in Osaka was awesome. One thing that the hotel needs is a self service laundry room.

The hotel is good and the staff are friendly. Only drawback is that the breakfast is not varied and limited options are available. As for everywhere in Japan there is a language barrier. The area is quite central to some of the popular places to visit and many of them are walkable within a few km.

Rooms were way too small for 2 adults 1 child when the sofa area was setup as the 3rd bed. Cant walk when luggagea are opened up. The booking should have suggested a bigger room size.

This hotel was perfect. The rooms are big, with comfortable beds and great showers. Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Avoid going from 7-8 am as it is really crowded. At 9 am there was just us! The location was also pretty good. Walking distance to Shinkansen station and subway station. I highly recommend you for your Osaka stay.

Some of the staff was very rude and did not help with necessary things. The area is good but not good facilities considering how big hotel chain this is. There wasn’t event a smart TV which is literally available in any small hotel. All in all the hotel was a disappointment
