This was the best hotel I stayed in while I was in France. The people at the front desk were super helpful and nice. I wish all of my stays were this good. I liked the location as well. Not right in the city but a quick 7 min drive to Dijon and 20 min from some great wineries. Comfortable bed. I would recommend highly.

The hotel is an industrial zone not far from the highway. It turned out that the some of the rooms, that were a bit cheaper, were actually not renovated - this was not communicated on the expedia homepage. After in turned out that additionally the flush in the toilet was not functioning, we were upgraded to a renovated room which was modern and acceptable. The personel was frienldly and put an effort to resove the situation. Thanks for this.

I choose this place as a stopover on my way home, it was conveniently located from the highway. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was decent. The area around is rather commercial. if your room is on the south side then it can be noisy due to the road nearby.

Convenient location close to the motorway with ample parking in front. Hotel is located on a large business park with a few restaurants nearby. 2nd floor of the hotel is due for renovation and is not very pleasant - ask for another room! Breakfast is €12 which seems expensive for the type of hotel. I didn’t take it and found a nice bakery a few minutes away.

This “hotel” is extremely basic and a 40 minute walk into Arras. Rooms need totally re-thinking and the beds might as well not have a matress as they are so thin. The receptionist was nice and helpful but all the positives stop there !!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room did not have a mini-fridge, which was a problem for us. The hotel is in a commercial/light industrial area, not pretty as a destination for walking about. It was fine as a budget stopover on our longer route.

Although clean, the property was older and beat up. There was a big hole in carpet in the hallway, there was a stain in the toilet that made it look like it hadn't been cleaned, there was no kettle in room to make instant coffee (although they had left a coffee packet and sugar), and the shower head was broken, making taking a shower very difficult. I wouldn't stay here again unless they lowered the price by half.

I'm a frequent flyer and frankly, hate to spend money on sleeping! Otherwise, I can be extravagant for all else on my trips. However, the places I stay must be clean, tidy, friendly and safe. This is one of the better finds for excellent pricing and only 10-15 minutes from the center of town. Price is right, reception very helpful and leaves money in your pocket for other expenditure. Love it.

Staff welcoming and helpful. Bed ok, room clean. Toilet- heavy stains in toilet and bath. Hotel looks modern from outside but very dated inside. Looks like it hasn’t been changed since the early 90s. No shower, only a bath. Shower head but no curtain. Tea and coffee sachets and cups but no kettle. Noisy area, loud music heard till late at night. On-site parking, close to shops.

You get what you pay for. The room wasn’t very clean. You could hear noise from the corridor and other rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets seemed clean though. Floor dirty. Bathroom! No shower curtain over the bath so the water flooded the bathroom and into the bedroom. Had to use the towels to mop up as it was so dangerous. The carpets in the corridors were threadbare. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Have stayed in other Originals hotels and have been ok. Did pay more though.

The property is convenient but it is not in good shape. I paid the property vie Expedia but the hotel by mistake charged me the room again. They promise to solve it but still waiting for my refund.
