Great Hotel and Location!!

All around great hotel! Totally remodeled and the rooms are a good size and the location is prime for walking the area with great restaurant and shops. They even have a muti-person golf cart to transport you to and from the beach! Highly recommend!!

What a great place to stay at Rohoboth Beach. The room was beautiful, very modern, clean & comfortable. Parking was right outside the room which I find so convenient. Check in/out was a breeze and the staff were friendly & accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!!

Great stay!! Loved the shuttle to the beach, it was a great way to get there and back without worring about traffic.

This place is great. Comfortable beds and very clean. Super convenient for Rehoboth Ave. if you want to walk to things, it’s doable but most things will take 15-20 minutes to get to. The one major drawback is the noise from the road. The walls are not soundproof at all. Other than that, it’s great.

Our weekend stay at the Waypoint was great. Everything was nicely renovated and clean! We appreciated the staff and their commitment to making our stay a great experience. We were able to walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk, but they also provided a shuttle service. In addition to this, we appreciated the ice machine designed for water bottles. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was so clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle was a great feature but it was still super walkable within a mile of everything including the water park. Highly recommend.

Amazing, quaint motel with great access to Rehoboth Beach. We were in town for a wedding and the rehearsal dinner was supposed to be a bonfire on the beach, but the high winds did not allow. We ended up at the bride’s mother’s house in Lewes nd it was an easy, short drive. The ceremony and reception were held at Baymont, which was again an easy drive, minus the mid afternoon school/work traffic. All in all everything is very accessible via hwy 1, but if you were just there to relax at the beach and take it easy, you wouldn’t need to leave Rehoboth Ave. Shops, restaurants, and breweries/bars all on one street! The modern touch the renovation added to this property is amazing. The beds were comfy and clean. The vanity and shower were clean and new. We needed both A/C and heat during our stay and both worked flawlessly.

It was very clean and new. The interior was very nice and modern. I do wish the shower pressure was a bit stronger. The staff was very accomodating especially Zack who was such a great host and beach shuttle entertainment (great playlist btw!). The beach shuttle was def a plus for the downtown traffic and lack of parking.

Very clean and the bunk beds were simply perfect for our family of 5. Highly Recommend!

Great, brand new hotel. Clean & spacious room. They went the extra mile with items like a steamer. There was self check in and check out, so we literally never saw a staff member, but that wasn't a bad thing. About a mile walk to the beach and boardwalk. Sidewalks the entire way so safe and easy. Highly recommend.

This was such a cute place, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to the boardwalk, but also close enough to the highway not to get stuck in the traffic leaving the town. Nice, clean room, I will stay here again when I go back to Rehoboth. The taco place right next door is a must!!!!

We were surprised how new and clean the hotel / room is. Check in and out super easy. Desk staff helpful and friendly. Great 3 night stay. Great service with shuttle to the board walk although we just drove and found parking ourselves.

8/10 Very good

A great small hotel, few minutes drive to the beach. Super clean with thick fluffy bathrobes and towels. A small broom with dustpan would be great - the hardwood floors were gorgeous, but being able to sweep up some sand would have been ideal.

Zach was a great host in beach transport and checking in. Very informative
Dante, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Extremely noisy room from street traffic. Expedia said it included breakfast which wasn’t true. It has a coffee machine in the office that tells you to ask for milk for cappuccino or late but there was no milk available.
Maria Mercedes, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

While the hotel wasn’t bad the cleanliness of the room was absolutely unacceptable. There was hair on the sheets with a lot of stains and a very dirty comforter. No one was available to come and clean the room and we weren’t offered a room change to compensate. We were asked why we didn’t check the sheets upon arrival since calling at 8 pm was too late! They provided new sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves, but no comforter was provided. Not what we expected from any hotel.

Nice and New but Kinks to Work Out

Breakfast was advertised as included, but you have to read the fine print, it is only on weekends currently which was disappointing. I travel solo alot but this time I was with my small daughter and didnt like that this was the first hotel Ive stayed at in a long time where there was not an additional lock on the door once in the room for sleeping which is a safety issue for a female. The room was nice, beds were comfortable, its clear everything is fairly new and the place has clearly gotten a massive makeover. It was conveniently located for all things Rehoboth and seemed to have enough parking. Dogs are welcome and there was one upstairs that barked for quite awhile in the middle of the night so not sound proof. The cleaning crew parks their cart outside the rooms on the bottom floor and spend alot of time talking and banging things if you stay in the room past 8am. They clearly have some kinks to work out with staffing, amenities and room details but it served us well enough for our 3 days there.

8/10 Very good

We stayed here at the end of July 2025. We asked for a top floor room when I booked the room online and they obliged. PROS: - Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. - Location in regards to downtime wasn't bad...a 15-25 minute walk or an under-5 minute drive. - They offer a shuttle service (golf cart) to take you downtown (one-time $20 fee for unlimited rides during your stay, can't recall what time they start, but the last one is around 8pm). - Fire pit was nice. - Clothing steamer and closet space. CONS: - Our room was mostly clean. There were hairs that were not our own on the bed and plastered to the shower walls. Some of the towels had yellowish-brown stains on them. - Walls are paper-thin; you could hear conversations, coughing, sneezing, and TV. You could hear every door being slammed shut. I assume the floors are paper thin, too, as I overheard a woman on the first floor complaining to a woman on the second floor about the "herd of elephants" above her. - The EV charger wasn't working yet. Hopefully they get that taken care of soon (fault lies with the EV charging company, not the hotel). All in all, we would probably not stay here again, primarily due to the sound issues. We went under the assumption that the towels were at least sanitized during their washing, even if they had stains. I'd give an overall rating of 3.5/5, but since you can't leave half-star reviews, I had to ro
