We were looking for Festus Inn. Hotels.com did not alert us that it is now called quality inn. Lobby was nice. Door on the side where we were told to enter had a bunch of men, drinking hanging out by the door. That entrance was dirty and smelly.

Dirty

The place was dirty and the rooms smelled. I even looked under a seat cushion, I found someone else’s sock. There was a cigarette burn in the furniture. The paint is pealing away from the window seals and it looks as the wood was rotten. Holes in the walls, etc.

This is now a Quality Inn on signs but Festus Inn on website. Sink was backing up, soap from previous person in shower, did not have enough towels, wash cloths for 2 night stay, no milk at breakfast, toilet did not flush, pool was not open and it was June, and staff did not speak English well and 2 of them were talking in their language in front of me when they could not find my reservation, outside was not unkept. Will not stay there again
