The staff is wonderful and some of the best in person customer service you will see in Brazilian hospitality. The food is great as well activities for kids. Pool service is fast and efficient. But rooms need upgrading and towels are super thin.

Pessoal muito qualificado, hotel bom para crianças, os trabalhadores da recreação são muito bons. Equipe gentil, recepção, limpeza, manutenção, cozinha, todos excelentes. O destaque são as refeições. Porém poderia incluir bebidas alcoólicas, este ponto é uma falha.

O TAUÁ Caeté é incrível. Atendimento excelente, ambientes agradáveis quartos confortáveis, resort bem cuidado e organizado, pessoal da recreação supera as expectativas, pensão completa(café, almoço e jantar) com muitas variedades e comidas deliciosas. O hotel é bom, mas achei o custo-benefício não mto bom. Diárias mto caras para o q oferece, especialmente porque não é All Inclusive. Comparado com os resort do nordeste, deixa mto a desejar, inclusive no preço. A comida é mto boa, atende vários gostos. Bebidas apenas no café da manhã. O quarto estava limpo quando chegamos, mas não houve limpeza no dia seguinte e precisamos acionar a recepção para que pelo menos esvaziassem a lixeira e fornecessem itens de banho.
