Great Hotel

Welcomed with a glass of wine and cookie on check in and a complimentary upgrade. Really friendly staff and the room was lovely. The hotel is a great location for the Tower of London and the views from the Savage Garden bar are great. Only downside was children under 18 are not allowed in the Savage Garden bar after 6pm, and the music played until 2am which was slightly audible from our room, but it didn’t impact on our overall experience. Room service for breakfast was great, on time, and the food was hot when received. Taxi’s were also available and waiting outside the hotel consistently which was great. Really lovely experience and would definitely book again.

Fantastic location, outstanding service.

Had a great stay for one night during a recent business trip. Hashi at the front desk took great care of me upon check in and managed to find me an early check in at 11am. Breakfast was solid. At one point I had gotten up to grab some more food and one of the servers had accidentally cleared my table. That happens but more impressive was that by the time I came back she realized I was still eating and immediately replaced everything I had on the table (coffee, butter, jam, etc) exactly as I had left it. Was impressed by the extra attention to detail.

Nice London hotel.

Nice clean hotel in London, slightly cheaper than the other DoubleTrees. Everything was fine, nice and clean, as expected. Nice breakfast, however hard to get coffee to my table as the waiter always forgot. I had constant problem with the key to my room, and had to update the key 4-5 times daily. Irritating. There is no gym in this hotel. Nearest tube station is 15 mns walk away. All in all, 6-7 out of 10.
