Værelset var ok, men vi havde forventet, at baren var åben. Det var den så ikke - lørdag aften - og baren var en af årsagerne til at vi havde valgt dette hotel. Hotellet var fuldt booket, tror jeg, så uanset årsag - det fik vi nemlig ikke noget at vide om - så er det ikke ok til prisen for værelset ikke at have baren åben. Vi var sammen med venner og havde regnet ned at bruge baren - værelserne er ikke store nok til at sidde og hygge sig 4 voksne. Så det trækker ned i vores opfattelse af hotellet.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Endlich ein Cappuccino der etwas kräftiger ist und nicht nach Plürre schmeckt.

Rausgeschmissen worden weil der Hund dabei war. Vorherige Klärung des Hundes nicht möglich, weil zweimal mitten im Gespräch aufgelegt wurde. Keine Kompromissbereitschaft oder Lösungsorientierung seitens des unverschämten Personals. Jeglicher Vorschlag zur Lösung der Situation wurde abgelehnt. So standen wir am Feiertag abends um 19 Uhr 500km von Zuhause, und mit heulender 7-jähriger Tochter, entfernt auf der Straße.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn sehr gut. Nettes Personal. Als wir um 01:00 Uhr von einem Event ins Hotel kammen, konnten wir an der Bar auch noch ein paar Drinks und was zu Essen bestellen.
