Nice and well located hotel

The hotel is quite new and located in a nice surrounding, near convention hall and concert hall. Food and shopping outlets are nearby and easily accessible. The Skyline Mall is just a short walk away. Public transports are a short 500-1000m away.

Seems like a newer area, close to other hotels and a shopping mall. Felt really safe although I did find it a bit far from transit. Spacious and clean room though I did have problem with the access key for the first few times trying to get into room.

Clean, modern and comfortable stay

We came to Frankfurt for an event at the trade fair and this was the perfect location. A short journey from the airport, walking distance to the trade fair and also easy to access the historic city centre. Easy to get around on foot or using Uber or train. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was great and also good value, especially with children eating for free. The decor was much nicer and more modern than other Premier Inns we have stayed at (in the UK) and we were very happy with our choice of hotel. We also appreciated the little gift of Haribo for the kids on arrival - very well received after a late flight!

Good for the price, no smart tv

It is a decent hotel, but it has no amenities: no gym, no sauna. Also no smart TV. It has comfortable bed but that’s it. If you want to just sleep in your hotel and go somewhere else for the entire day then it’s a good choice. But if you are used to more comfortable stay when you are traveling this hotel is not enough. Also, they decided to change the lock on my door while I was staying in the room. They didn’t wait until I’ll be out for the day or maybe after I check out. No. That’s a terrible customer experience to be honest. I had to go to front desk and complain, aka then to offer me something to compensate this for the rest of my stay (I had 2 more days there). The receptionist told me I can have a free breakfast and that she will upgrade my room. I was very appreciative and she was a pleasant person.

Etwas enttäuschend vom Komfort - kein Kühlschrank - Ferseher sehr einfach - komplexer Checkin - Zimmerservice unzureichend. Sonst neues Hotel mit guten Betten und zwei Kissen pro Bett. Rechtvleise und Nähe Einkaufzenter.

Hinterlässt sehr gemischte Gefühle. Das Zimmer war neu und Bett klein aber recht gut. Kaffee Wasseroberfläche und Wasserglas im Zimmer. Kein Zahnputzbecher. Zweibettzimmer gebucht und Einbettzimmer bekommen. Zimmer enthält kein Kühlschrank oder Steckdosen an beiden Bettseiten. Auch keine Bodylotion oder Schubladen oder Schrank (sowas wie Garderobe). Zimmerservice muss extra bestellt Werden. Zimmer wurde dann ordenlich gereinigt. Allerdings In den drei Tagen hat man es leider nie geschafft uns zwei Duschtücher hinzulegen. Das zweite musste ich selbst jeden Aben an der Rezeption abholen, da auch kein Telefon vorhanden ist. Der Fernseher ist sehr einfach und erlaubt auch kein Screenmonitoring etc um Mediathek oder andere Streamingangebote zu sehen. Die gebucht Zusatznacht war organisatorisch eine Hürte bei der Abrechnung und Zimmerkarte etc. Somit war ein entspanntes Wochenende im Frankfurt nur eingeschränkt möglich. Für den Preis gibt es bessere Hotels ...

O hotel fica ao lado de shopping em uma região com muitos restaurantes. Eh possível do hotel acessar todas as atrações a pé, isso para quem gosta de caminhar, não usufrui do café da manhã. O hotel não possui cofre. Tem um bar, mas, tá me não usei. Quartos são confortáveis, e limpeza, OK. Staff, tudo certo, nada excepcional. Região tranquila. Havia construção próxima, mas não incomodou. Cafeteira no quarto.
